SHIPPING
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed only after full payment has been received and cleared.
Standard processing time is 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Methods
Orders can be delivered through approved courier services or made available for pickup at our warehouse.
The available delivery methods depend on the customer’s location and will be displayed at checkout.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination, weight, and order size.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving shipping charges before completing the order.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the courier service and destination.
Typical delivery within Lithuania: 2–5 business days.
International delivery times vary and may take longer due to customs clearance or transit delays.
We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, and delays caused by shipping providers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate delivery details, including recipient name, address, and contact information.
VitourP1.eu is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
If delivery fails due to inaccurate details, the customer may be responsible for re-delivery charges.
RETURNS
1. Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
The tires must be unused, unmounted, and in their original packaging.
Returns are only accepted within 14 days of the purchase date.
The client must provide valid proof of tyre damage, manufacturer defects, or other product inconsistencies.
Normal wear, improper use, or installation-related issues are not covered under this policy.
2. All return costs, including shipping and handling, are the client's full responsibility.
3. Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:
The returned tires meet all eligibility criteria.
The tires are proven to have a manufacturing defect or damage that occurred before delivery.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned tires.
Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used during the purchase.
No refunds will be given for used, installed, or improperly handled tires.
4. Exchange Policy
If the returned tires qualify for a refund but the client prefers a replacement, we may offer an exchange for the same model, subject to availability.
Clients are responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange process.
